The original video was produced entirely in Brazilian Portuguese. The objective was to create an English version that felt authentic, preserving the speaker's personality, performance, and emotional delivery while making the content accessible to an international audience.
The video was created for Locomotiva Orchestra, a Brazilian non-profit organization founded in 2008 that provides free music education to children and teenagers living in socially vulnerable communities. Through collective music education, the organization has helped thousands of young people develop artistic, personal, and professional skills while making classical music more accessible. Today, the project operates across multiple locations, has served more than 4,500 students, and has performed hundreds of concerts throughout Brazil.
To achieve this, I combined AI voice cloning, AI-powered lip synchronization, script adaptation, and meticulous post-production. Every stage was refined manually to ensure the final result felt as natural as possible, with facial movements, pacing, and vocal performance working together almost seamlessly.

Instead of relying on traditional dubbing, this workflow recreates the original performance in another language. By combining AI models (Lipsync 2 Pro, Topaz, Eleven Labs) with professional editing and quality control, the final video maintains the authenticity of the original while reaching a completely new audience.
