Editing Don’t was about finding the heartbeat of the song and translating it visually. I approached the cut with rhythm-driven storytelling, aligning visual flow to the track’s dynamic shifts and layering energy through quick transitions and color-driven sequences.
The challenge was balancing performance with narrative texture — giving space for Calica’s presence as an artist while ensuring the pacing kept viewers engaged.
This project highlights my ability to connect music and imagery in a way that feels organic, emotive, and in sync with the artist’s voice.
